Berlin is the capital and largest city in Germany, with several attractions and famous sights such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Cathedral. You will certainly breathe a lot of history and get an idea of how the city was divided after the Second World War.

In Berlin, countless attractions will take you back to that period, such as the Berlin Wall Memorial and Check Point Charlie.

Paris is the capital and largest city in France, located on the banks of the Seine. The city has beautiful architecture, is rich in culture and famous for its gastronomy. It is the city of light and love.

Berlin is home to the famous KaDeWe department store, and the city’s most fashionable area is the Kurfürstendamm.

Paris is full of shopping streets, shops and boutiques that include major luxury brands. A mandatory stop for shopping in the city includes the famous Galeries Lafayette Paris.

In Berlin it is possible to visit the Museum Island, a complex with 5 museums on an island on the banks of the Spree. In addition to this museum complex, the city offers other options of world-class museums.

Paris offers numerous world-class museums, including the largest and most visited museum in the world, the Louvre.

5. Parks

The Tiergarten is the most popular urban park in Berlin with an area of 520 acres. It is also considered one of the largest urban parks in Germany.

Paris is home to some of the most beautiful parks in Europe, such as the Jardin des Tuileries, Jardin du Luxembourg, Jardin des Plantes, Parc Monceau and others.

6. Palaces

In Berlin, the largest palace complex is the Charlottenburg Palace, which was damaged during World War and then reconstructed.

While Paris is known for its museums and galleries, there are also historically significant palaces in and around the French capital, such as the Palais du Louvre, the Palais du Luxembourg, the Palais-Royal and the famous Château de Versailles in Versailles.

From Berlin it is possible to visit the beautiful cities of Potsdam, Schwerin, Dresden on a day trip.
